2. Data we collect
We only collect data you voluntarily provide when you subscribe to the newsletter: name and email address. Additionally, we may collect anonymous technical information such as IP address, browser type and pages visited via cookies, always subject to your consent.
3. Purpose
We use the data to send you editorial updates on the Argentine real estate sector, project funding round openings, reports and content related to real estate crowdlending. We do not use your data for automated decisions or for profiles with legal impact.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your free, specific and informed consent (Law No. 25,326 on Personal Data Protection of the Argentine Republic). You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
5. Retention
We keep the data while an active subscription relationship exists. When you unsubscribe, data is deleted from mailing systems within a maximum period of thirty days, unless there is a legal retention obligation.
6. Recipients
Data is processed by Qymervion S.A.S. and by email delivery service providers contracted with adequate confidentiality guarantees. We do not transfer data to third parties for external commercial purposes.
7. Rights
You may exercise the rights of access, rectification, updating and deletion of your personal data by writing to hola@qymervion.com. The Access to Public Information Agency is the competent supervisory authority in the Argentine Republic.

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data: encryption in transit, internal access control and periodic review of infrastructure providers.
9. Changes
We may update this policy to reflect regulatory or operational changes. The current version will be published at this same URL with the last-updated date visible.
